Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a therapeutic approach developed by Marisa Peer.
It combines elements of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). RTT addresses the root cause to bring about rapid and transformative change in individuals.
Suitable for people who are really ready for change, value their time and wish to create their dream life!
During this call, we will discuss the concerns You wish to address in therapy. I will also ask for a brief overview of your childhood. Quick, because for the conscious and subconscious mind, different childhood events can have different meanings. You may not consciously know the answers that come up during the session. However, the primary goal of the call is to discuss what You hope to achieve with therapy and what Your new life will look like. I recommend thinking about these last two points before the call. I will also share information about what the session will specifically entail during the call and answer any questions You might have.
Hypnosis is necessary to slow down thought processes, which provides an opportunity to deeply analyze various past moments, situations, and experiences. To identify beliefs and meanings from these moments that currently influence your life. Rapid Transformational Therapy is effective precisely because it addresses the root cause. Depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, financial concerns, etc., are symptoms. To make the symptoms disappear, one must address the root cause!
Neuroscience today confirms that the strengthening and automatization of new neural connections takes at least 21 days. The changes we make during the session become even stronger through listening to the recording! 50% of the change occurs in the therapy room, and the remaining 50% happens during these 21 days!
This is done to assist and support the change and answer any questions. The first follow-up call/email is the day after our meeting. The second follow-up is between days 7-10 after our meeting, and the final, most comprehensive email/call is after the 21st day.
"First You create your beliefs and then your beliefs create you!"
By changing beliefs to supportive, empowering ones, you and your life change and dreams become more achievable!
Hypnosis is a central component of RTT. During the session, I guide you into a relaxed state where You can access the subconscious to identify and resolve deeply rooted issues.
Hypnosis helps to slow down brain waves, thereby slowing down the thought processes within us. Thanks to this deceleration, you can focus on one thought at a time. The subconscious becomes more alert and attentive, making it easier to understand the nature of the problem! After understanding, it is possible to move towards a solution!
RTT often uses regression techniques to explore past experiences and memories that influence a person's current behavior and beliefs. By analyzing and understanding your experiences and noticing other aspects (now as an adult), you can achieve positive changes and really let go of the emotional charge of the events. By letting this go, they do not affect You anymore!
The goal of RTT is to identify and reprogram the fundamental beliefs and thought patterns that limit or negatively impact your life. These beliefs often develop in early childhood. Where our abilities are limited.
RTT places great emphasis on the language people use to describe their experiences. By analyzing and reshaping this language, we create positive changes in perception and behavior. The way You speaks is unique to You and the words that You use influence You more than any others words or phrases.
RTT is often used to address specific issues such as anxiety, phobias, self-esteem, weight management, and much more.
During a RTT session, the most important thing is to reach the root cause, and by addressing it, the symptoms (like anxiety, excessive weight, low self-esteem, etc.) naturally disappear!
The goal of therapy is to give You back Your power, helping You understand and overcome limiting beliefs, promote a positive mindset, and encourage a deep friendship with Yourself.
Through the sessions, a person realizes that although they may have once been a dependent and helpless child, they are no longer, and they can take control of their life by taking control over their thoughts.
Answers to frequently asked questions
Hypnosis is a state characterized by deep relaxation, increased focus and heightened susceptibility to suggestions. Through hypnosis, we change processes and brainwaves to help you analyze moments, experiences, and situations more slowly, deeply and in more detail.
We experiencea hypnotic-like state every day. For example, when daydreaming or when we drive from point A to point B without consciously remembering how we did it.
To create the necessary emotional distance, RTT has it´s own techniques. However, the most important thing to remember is that You have already survived everything in Your life, and working with those moments gives You the opportunity to analyze that moment, regain YOUR strength, and power.
If you can dream, you can also experience hypnosis!
Hypnosis is not used in certain personality and mental disorders. To ensure the client's safety, an initial consultation is essential!
Usually, 1-3 sessions are needed. For simpler issues, one session is sufficient, while for more complex or long-standing problems, 2-3 sessions are necessary. But it all depends on the issue and Your mind's ability to do the work.
Can Rapid Transformational Therapy be used for physical concerns as well? Absolutely! Our mind and body are intricately connected. Stress has a proven impact on our body and health, which can manifest as various physical ailments. The well-known psychiatrist and respected pioneer Henry Maudsley once said:
"Sadness, which can not find its way through tears, may make other organs weep."
This metaphor illustrates that unexpressed emotions and the consequences of stress can manifest physically by affecting other parts of the body or overall health. In other words, if emotional pain is not expressed or dealt with, it can have repercussions on physical health and well-being."
It depends on the individual. Some people remember everything, while others do not. Even those who initially do not remember can often recall substantive information with a little assistance.
Interestingly, it may not feel any different in your body. Often, as humans, we expect some sensation or “something”. Since it's actually a quite common state, it's quite familiar to you and your body.
Rapid Transformational Therapy can be very successfully conducted via video call. This means that being anywhere in the world is not an obstacle! And best of all: the success of the results does not depend on it!
The most important thing is that RTT addresses not the symptom (such as depression, anxiety, addictions, etc., which are visible and experienced within the person), but rather the root cause contributing to that symptom, and all of this happens at the subconscious level. As the root cause is resolved, the symptoms also resolve. The subconscious is what actually runs the whole show. However, this doesn't mean that the show is always as we consciously desire. RTT helps align things in the subconscious so that they match conscious choices and desires. As Bruce Lipton says: 'Positive thoughts have a profound impact on behavior and genes, but ONLY when these thoughts are in harmony with subconscious programs.' In other words, RTT helps align the conscious and subconscious mind to change your life!
Yes, You are in contact throughout the entire session, speaking with me. Coming out of hypnosis is very easy and simple. You understand what is happening and have control over Yourself. More or less.
