Looking in the mirror, I realized that I need to take charge of myself again. My body was out of shape, and the extra pounds have piled up once more. I must mention that my weight journey has always been like a yo-yo. The thought of having to “whip” myself into shape again made me feel so heavy and powerless. The same old story – my stomach is empty, my mood is low, and I have to force myself to exercise.
One evening, while scrolling through Instagram, I stumbled upon Eliana’s story. For some reason, I decided to check out her website. After browsing a bit, I found the term “diet-free life,” which instantly resonated with me. Could it really be possible that I don’t have to feel hungry?
I got in touch with Eliana, looked into it more closely, and soon I was in her office. It was a life-changing experience! To date, I’ve lost 7 kg, and my body is probably in the best shape it’s ever been in adulthood. Throughout this journey, I haven’t felt hungry once. Okay, I’m slightly lying – there are moments where it takes a little longer to get to a meal, but it’s not related to weight loss.
My relationship with exercise has become so good that it’s like morning coffee or a warm shower – something you just want to enjoy. But the biggest change is self-love. I have never experienced this feeling before, and it’s simply wonderful .
I was a bit skeptical about RTT. I wasn’t sure if it would be beneficial in this form. Additionally, I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to achieve a relaxed state necessary for the therapy. Fortunately, I was wrong on both counts! The therapy session itself was very interesting and worth experiencing. A week later, I noticed the first changes – I slept better, trusted my intuition more, and doubted my decisions less.
I am Eliana. For as long as I can remember, what happens inside a person has fascinated me greatly. Even as a child, I observed how people talk, behave, and pondered in my mind: "Why is this so?" "How can it be that, being so similar at our core, we are completely different and unique?"
Today, I've come to understand that many helpers are characterized by this very trait: in addition to early analysis and a desire to understand people, there are aspects of their own experience and story that have led them down this path.
Through therapy I can do exactly what I love.
